1. No Refund After Purchase

All course and package purchases are non-refundable after payment has been completed. Once payment is confirmed and course access is provided, the student cannot request a refund.

2. Please Review Before Purchase

Students are encouraged to review the course details, syllabus, duration, price, and other information before completing their purchase.

3. Technical Issues

If a student experiences a genuine technical problem that prevents access to a purchased course, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the access issue.

4. Duplicate Payment

If the same order is accidentally paid for more than once, please contact us with the payment/order details. Duplicate payments may be reviewed and refunded after verification.

5. Course Withdrawal

Students may stop attending or studying a course at any time; however, course withdrawal does not qualify for a refund.

6. Digital Materials

Payments for downloadable or digital learning materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

7. Live Classes

Missing a scheduled live class does not qualify for a refund.
